I finally finished the pastel I've been working on. This one was uncooperative and a bit of a struggle to paint, but overall I'm happy with the results.
Love this! The figure itself is so well done. Perfect body language for a musician. I also like the precision of the surroundings...a great tie in with the precision of playing the guitar.
I have a commission to do something similar and would give anything to do it as well as you have here!

Wow, like this very, very much. The young man's posture, attitude all so familiar to a musician lost in his music. So realistic.
